Specializing in GROUP REFORMER/Tower Classes, as well as, Barre, weight training, circuit training and Private sessions.
The studio is contemporary in format encouraging strict guidance with regard to the Pilates principles : Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, Flow
All classes and sessions are by appointment only and must be booked online or by calling the studio 516-592-0687.

Mission Statement
Thank you for visiting my site! I am Leanne Neville, owner, Pilates instructor, and fitness expert at The Studio on Main.
I created The Studio on Main to give you something you have never encountered before: personalized attention in an intimate, clean setting to pursue and maintain your fitness lifestyle. Your workout will not only be based upon your personal goals, but also the guidance of a master trainer and instructor with more than twenty-five years of experience in all facets of exercise and fitness. We are private and yet a social and supportive group at the studio. You will love your personal time at the STUDIO!



Leanne Neville
Fitness expert, Pilates and Barre instructor, personal trainer and Group Fitness Instructor
With 30 years as a fitness professional, Leanne has 14 professional certifications as well as a Masters Degree in Education. She has has vast understanding of injury prevention, post rehab corrective exercise, flexibility training and full body transformation. With a lifetime of teaching and instructing various exercise formats, Leanne's expertise is expansive and impressive. She holds 12 world records in power lifting since 2013. She competed in bodybuilding in 1992. During her 12 years as co-owner of a large fitness facility, she obtained comprehensive Pilates Teacher training program certification under Carrie Samper at Equinox Fitness, Inc.

Leanne believes that an instructor must have the discipline to continue to learn within her own body and must keep her own practice consistent in order to help others with theirs.
